"I had a great stay! Room was clean and very well decorated. I really loved the design. There are multiple lounge locations on the property including roof top, cafe and bars. I would suggest not getting the provided breakfast it was very skimp but the cafe has better options. There a restaurant directly adjacent to the hotel, very good for dinner but make a reservation. Overall the location is very walkable 10-15 minutes to main attractions, restaurants, cafes! Staff was very nice, friendly...

"We stayed here Aug 2025, coming in from Florence. Siena is absolutely gorgeous and Hotel Athena was the perfect hotel to explore the area. The hotel itself was very nice, updated, good sized rooms with nice bathroom. Tea kettle in the room and water in the fridge (at no extra cost) was appreciated after long days on the hills of the town. "We stayed for four nights in May at Hotel Milu, and it was a wonderful experience. The hotel felt comfortable and surprisingly spacious for its central location. Breakfast was excellent, with plenty of delicious options, and the staff were very attentive—my child is allergic to eggs, and they took great care to accommodate his needs.
