"The description doesn't match the reality. The place is run-down. The road is nearby, and the room is very noisy. Despite the stated private bathroom, there's only one for all rooms. The owner takes a deposit and then makes up excuses to pay as little as possible (flexible arrival, linen fee, etc.), and despite an initially favorable offer, it ends up being quite a hefty sum. The photos show a beautiful, clean house. In reality, it's old, neglected, and cluttered. I don't recommend it. Avoid."

"Great location, short walk to the beach & boardwalk. Lots of “high end brand” shopping nearby. Great restaurants, cafes & gelato shops within walking distance. Nice rooms, attentive staff, good breakfast. Good experience in Forte di Marmi."
