"I used to rent this duplex back in the 90s and since it was only me for this last minute trip thought I’d rent it again. Great location I’m very familiar with - super quiet- everything was clean and worked except the dishwasher, and I had been warned of that in advance. However, be aware that the property hasn’t been updated at all, so while purely cosmetic be prepped for peeling wallpaper, rusty fridge, crusty carpets, etc. Also be aware that while oceanfront none of these Serenity Point houses have a view of the surf from the lower floor or deck (obscured by protective dunes). So overall a nice place with some caveats. Communication from the realty company was good."

"Our stay was fantastic . Mara’s and Barry’s place was cozy , comfortable , super clean and tidy and overall had a very inviting vibe . We had a beautiful view of the intercoastal beach . Arriving after Labour Day allowed us to enjoy the quiet neighborhood all day . The community pool was only a few feet away from our rental and big enough to do laps . The beach on the Atlantic side of our rental was endless and great for running or walking . In summary , we loved it all !!!"
