"We so enjoyed our visit.First, the condo was immaculately clean and everything was in good condition. It's nice to see other guests taking good care of the property too. The mattresses and pillows are terrific, with beachy decor throughout. The neighborhood was quiet and other guests in this group of condos were good neighbors. No one passes behind the condo as it is the last one on the end, providing an unusual amount of privacy.The view! Incredible. I got up to watch every sunrise. Then I walked several hundred feet on a wooden walkway that ties the condos together and provides all with easy beach access. About 6 stairs down to the walkway, 25 near the rinse off spigots to the beach. The access through the dunes sloped slightly, but would have been easy for my 83 year old mother to navigate. She's given up at other rentals in the past.The beach? Labor Day Saturday, 41 Shubumis and a dozen other shade structures seen from the amazing covered waterproof deck. Guarantee triple that at other NC beaches. Stay out there all day. Wonderful sand quality, some shells. Lots of space between groups of people.The kitchen is fairly equipped. Bring what you like for cooking. The dining room table seats six, same for the living room. I used the back bedroom as a remote office. It was just as quiet with a lovely view of the Marina. Bring multiple outlet extension cords for complicated setups.We hope to be back next year! If you go, look for the crab shell we left by the tv."

"We had a wonderful stay overall and really enjoyed our vacation. The home was comfortable. We also wanted to mention that the dunes in front of the house made it difficult for elderly family members to navigate the walk to the beach; it was fine for younger guests, but our elderly parents had a hard time getting down to the beach.
