"The condo was absolutely beautiful! It was very clean and close to the beach! The reason why we would not stay here again is one, that the check-in is at 4pm and two, the noise from the condo above us. 4pm is a really late time for check-in. Family members that rented the unit 2 doors down had a check in of 3:00, and they were messaged the their place was ready early and they could check in after 2:00. Our condo said we could check in early for an additional fee . Next, there were no fans in the bedrooms, we really needed something to move the air around and to help drown out the noise from the family that was above us. I sent a message asking for fans in the morning and didn’t receive fans until the next morning (our last full day). I realized that the condo had no way of controlling noise from the above tenants, but they could supply noise machines or fans to try and help drown out noise. One more suggestion would be curtains that block out light in the bedrooms. We enjoyed Topsail Island and the suggestion for places to eat and check out from the owners."

"Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The house is amazing! Very clean & well equipped kitchen. Cupboards and drawers very clean. Separate bar area in the kitchen/ great rm is amazing and well equipped. Plenty of bedrms to accommodate our crew. Grandkids are all now old enough to venture to get ice cream & souvenirs on their own. Close to the pier and so much. I was concerned it would be a crowded area on beach but not a problem. Thank you to the owners and mgt co. We’ll be back!"

"Owners had outstanding communication and were willing to help with anything we needed. It was directly across from the beach and had a nice view of the water on the upper deck. Perfect spot to have your morning coffee or sun bathe. This is a cute spot and is walking distance to all the shops. My only concern was some things needed attention. The furniture needed a deep cleaning (there were stains), the oven, freezer and bath tubs as well. The kids boogie boards were broke and the owners dropped new ones off for the kids which was nice. We found some really long hairs in the bedding in the master bedroom which we washed. We did make Jon and Kaley aware for future guests and they appreciated the feedback and said they would address these issues. Overall, a good experience."
