"This was the second year that I stayed there my family and I enjoy it. We are just a street over from the beach, which is great. When you text message the staff they reply to you quickly and fix any problems, you may have. Pool is nice and very relaxing after you get back from the beach. Also enjoy having corn hole, ping-pong, connect four and stuff like that to do on the property. My kids truly love taking the bikes out for a ride around the town."

Perfect Surf City Stay: Walk to Beach, Dining, & Fun

"The condo was absolutely beautiful! It was very clean and close to the beach! The reason why we would not stay here again is one, that the check-in is at 4pm and two, the noise from the condo above us. 4pm is a really late time for check-in. Family members that rented the unit 2 doors down had a check in of 3:00, and they were messaged the their place was ready early and they could check in after 2:00. Our condo said we could check in early for an additional fee . Next, there were no fans in the bedrooms, we really needed something to move the air around and to help drown out the noise from the family that was above us. I sent a message asking for fans in the morning and didn’t receive fans until the next morning (our last full day). I realized that the condo had no way of controlling noise from the above tenants, but they could supply noise machines or fans to try and help drown out noise. One more suggestion would be curtains that block out light in the bedrooms. We enjoyed Topsail Island and the suggestion for places to eat and check out from the owners."
