"No issues at all property was clean and well kept. Note for the owner, the front door is hard to lock, I didn’t notice this until the evening we checked in but thinking back on the position of the lock at check in the cleaning crew may very well have accidentally left it unlocked. May want to have this looked at!"

"The location was convenient to most everything we needed. We moved our car only one time the entire week. The elevator was also very helpful in getting luggage and groceries to the second and third levels. We were impressed with the size of the bedrooms and the comfortable beds!"

"Great little spot near a public beach access and walkable to the best of Surf City. We had a shorter-than-usual beach stay this year, and really prioritized convenience. This little house delivered! Easy walk to the beach or to Shaka Taco and nearby spots for food and drinks. The house was clean and comfortable and suited us well. My only complaint, and it's a very small one, is that the beds/mattresses were very noisy. We'd happily stay again."
