"I absolutely LOVE the staff here! They were ALWAYS very polite, friendly, and helpful. They even helped me look for the phone and prescription sunglasses I lost. The excellent, down to earth staff was my favorite part. The room was fantastic, so clean, with a full-size fridge and 2 stove top burners, full silverware/coffee mugs/wine glasses. Although this is an older motel, the rooms have been upgraded very nicely. Note that this is a 3 story building and I never located an elevator, so if you cannot take the stairs a first level room may be necessary. The ONLY complaint I had is that part of the hotel has no “beach” on one side. I went down the access ramp closest to my room and realized the ocean comes all the way up to the dunes, so there is a small stretch that you cannot even walk on because there is a $500 fine for being on the protected dunes. I’m sure a few years ago this was not the case as rising waters have obviously eroded the beach; this is not the motel’s fault. Other than that, my stay was absolutely perfect!"

"This studio ticked all the boxes for us; close to the beach, reasonable price, clean and well-cared for property, but most of all, pet-friendly. We found the spot through Bring Fido. In addition to bowls for our pup, there were even towels for dogs. Our host was very helpful, providing suggestions for activities and restaurants. We would definitely consider this rental again."

"We loved our vacation at Sea-Zen. The home was perfect for our family vacation. Very clean! View of the ocean from every room. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook every night and big enough pots and pans for a big family. And the refrigerator is huge. The host was also amazing and responded to my questions within minutes. I was concerned when I read reviews about the thermostat and being hot, but I never once got hot or even uncomfortable."

"This rental was so nice and clean. The fourth bedroom is in the downstairs area but no access to get there without going outside the house down the steps. The elevator inside the house did not work for us that would take you to the downstairs. Overall was excellent!!"

"Positives: Wonderful home, very comfortable and perfect location. Fabulous decks and comfortable beds!Minuses were cleanliness issues with the kitchen/dishes and some trash left on the deck, but also …the additional cost of 2 pets was a lot, and then brambles in yard made it impossible to walk them there."
