"Fantastic beach, never crowded. We had everything we needed for our group aged 12 to 79. We cooked all our food using the well stocked kitchen. And the beds were very comfy. The deck was big with plenty of furnishings. It was a perfect get away."

"Perfect location for a girls trip! The space is beautiful, clean, and spacious. Prepare to bring some toilet paper and, as previous reviews have mentioned, you’ll be retrieving linens and towels in the carport in tubs and bringing them upstairs. This unit is up 2 flights of stairs, but it was worth it for the ocean view! "

"Property was outstanding--clean, well maintained, and had its own walkway to the beach. The rooms were well decorated and all the fixtures and appliances were excellent. The property is pricey, so be aware. Also, you have to bag your sheets, towels, etc., when you leave. First time we ever had to do that. But the place is excellent. If we had one gripe, it's that they do not allow early check-in no matter if the house is ready or not. Big negative."

"I enjoyed everything about our stay at this property, from the location (oceanfront, next to the Jolly Roger Pier, in front of a mini golf / ice cream place, short walk to restaurants) to the interior of the house (spacious, good view of the beach, plenty of decks, easy access, outdoor hot cold shower, good water pressure and fixtures in the bathrooms, fine TV and internet for when it was raining).If I try to come up with criticisms, the only things I can think of is that there was no grill (which the listing clearly states so it was not a surprise) and the dishwasher struggled to clean dishes, especially in the top (running on the sanitize cycle seemed to help).I love that it was pet friendly with plenty of places to walk a dog (not just on the beach), and again, very clean."

"Everything about this home was wonderful! Beds were comfortable, home was clean, great access to everything. Communications before and after our stay with Pearl were great!! Didn't need to contact her during our stay because there were no issues with the home. Great, detailed instructions were provided. Will absolutely stay again!"

"Great location; well away from any of the crowds. Wide, expansive beach. This property has plenty of beach chairs and umbrellas that can be used. The two levels of porches allow for larger families to spread out. Loved the two rocking adirondacks on the top level. A gaming table in the living room allowed us to keep the dining table to be used at all times."

"The house is great but renters should be aware that he main bedroom on the top floor and one of the bedrooms on the second floor do not have access to a closet as the closets in those rooms are locked and reserved for the owner"
