We stayed on 4th floor next to the icean view roof top patio, while ideal for off season, I would imagine it would be loud when the rooftop patio is in use during the high season(the bedroom window opens to the patio)"

"Everything is extra including the shuttle to the airport. Description is misleading it should say there is a charge for the shuttle and a charge for breakfast. When trying to contact the hotel in advance about the shuttle no one responded!!! They promised us a late checkout then when checking again they said no. We stayed anyway cause our shuttle time was planned based on the late check- out. Find out from the train station if you can book your ticket through to the airport but use the ticket over two days. Plus for long layovers is that there is a mall, supermarket right next door. Also out the train station door. There are two of the same hotels. One maybe older but you don’t really know which one your booking cause they have the same name."

"Staff was excellent, one of our traveling companions locked thier bag and key in room after hours. Manager answered his cell phone and fixed pur problem.and still made our flight!"

"The property was gorgeous! It was the nicest spa I have ever seen. There were so many amenities. There was a few saunas, an ice bath, steam room, an emotional shower, waterfall pools for neck and shoulders, 7 whirlpool tubs indoors, 10 whirlpool tubs in the gardens, lots of loungers, gravity beds and much more. The bed was comfortable and the shower was nice. Big items for my husband. The room was a Supeior room. It was very beautiful and spacious."

"Overall the hotel was good and the staff were friendly. However, the heating did not work in the room and we froze the first night. Reported it in the morning and were promised it would be fixed. It wasn’t, but we did manage to get extra blankets for the second night."
