Has everything you need to function plus some bonus extras (hair dryer, toiletries, laundry soap, comfy towels a s robes for the hot tub). The listing says its a trundle bed but the lower bed raises to make an oversized full and was plenty of room for us (even with ny husbands need for extra space to sprawl out). The outside space was an absolute beauty! This place is in a little RV park, but right up...
