"I wouldn’t give them less than 5* because they are very nice and the rooms, bedding, common areas are very nice as well but the housekeeping staff is not top notch. We stayed here last year as well for a conference and the room wasn’t cleaned after we left the first morning. After returning at 10pm that day, we had to ask for fresh towels so we’d have them for the next morning. This time, the water bottles in room were not sealed and had a sip or two out of one of them….also there was a good amount of hair on the coffee table. We left the room as-is the next morning to see if they would clean the room and fix the issues (intentionally without telling them about the problem) and it did not get fixed after housekeeping came through. Also, they did not replenish the makeup remover wipes the next morning. There were three women staying in my room so this would have been nice to have had replenished. "
"We had a great time staying in this home! Check-in was easy, place was clean, adequate kitchen supplies, and lots of places to sleep. We had to reach out to the owner for assistance on something and he responded immediately. Prior to arriving, I was concerned about the location and backing out of the driveway into a busy road. It ended up not being a problem, nor the road being very busy. Most of the time it was clear to backup or we waited for a couple of cars and then could go. The house was decorated nicely and perfectly clean. Bathrooms were nice and well supplied. We did not utilize the sauna as there was an extreme heat warning every day we were there and one only needed to step outside if they wanted to sweat. LOL However, that is a very nice feature if you stay when it's cooler outside.Hoping to stay here again in the future as our daughter is making KC her new home. "

"Our host was everything!! Very nice and professional. Very clean and plenty of room and relaxing. I would recommend this property to anyone looking for a place to stay!! I will definitely book again when I come back to K.C. Missouri. They have all the amenities you could think of. All you need to have is food and clothes. 10/10"
