"A truly horrible experience. Do not recommend anyone to go to this place. First of all we arrived at night they went to the parking lot they did not know English they drove us crazy they brought us to another hotel that also belongs to them and just understood that it was a mistake and we were right. The room had a heavy smell of smoking even though it was nonsmoking rooms, they did not know any English was hard to communicate sucks at the levels we just wanted to go and leave the place no one...

We absolutely loved everything! It was our first night in Italy (although we have been to Italy many times) and we could not have found a better place. Certainlyoff the beaten path but well worth the trip. Wonderful room, excellent food and our host, Egi, was incredible. Anna Maria helped serve dinner and treated us like family. DO NOT miss an opportunity to stay here!!

Amazing time in an amazing place with an amazing host. Absolutely gorgeous property that is over 1000 years old meticulously maintained and overwhelmingly charming. The views are breathtaking. Couldn’t be more impressed with the location and care the host takes to make your stay wonderful. Book this place for your next quiet get away, take a cooking class, unwind and be well. This place is great and I highly recommend it to anyone. The desk staff are amazing and from the minute I showed up they were focused on making my stay as comfortable as possible. They took the time to walk my family around the facility, show me where our rooms were, how to access them with the codes, the dining area, and even made me a coffee as we covered the breakfast time. The facility feels so safe, and I love that the main doors to the grounds is even locked. Don't let my discussion on...

Staff is very friendly and helpful. They made sure our comfort was excellent and the view from their restaurant is panoramic. Highly recommend this small, well-run establishment.

This is an amazing location right in the center of town with the picturesque view of the waterfall! The room was spacious, well kept and extremely comfortable. Also, the café below was open throughout the day and the people were very welcoming. Giancarlo, Amanda, Lorenzo and others were very helpful during my stay.♥️
