"Very nice"

"My daughter and I loved the photos of how the rooms looked, but upon arrival we realized a few things and it just kind of continued downhill. First, the room is SMALL. Like jail cell small and the bathroom sink fits the same description. I couldn’t brush my teeth without banging my arm against the shower. (Which the water was too hot one day and freezing the next, couldn’t take a real shower before leaving).. First night, room was uncomfortably warm, but I couldn’t have the window open...

"We came to see a concert at the Fillmore and were able to walk from here. Great location for dinner first. Beautiful and super clean property. Would definitely stay here again."

"Room had refrigerator and microwave. Bed was clean and comfortable. For the price range this is a good deal. The room in the 50 to 60 dollar price range is hard to beat. Most all california motels are more expensive. Recommend this for a budget minded solo traveler. Just be safe with the neighborhood. It is a bad neighborhood full of drugs and homelessness. "

"Check in extremely easy and host was willing to let check in early. Property is exactly as described (no living room). Perfect stay for the person that does not want to be in the room outside of sleeping, eating, and bathing. There was outdoor furniture however, it rained most days that I was there, so it was not able to sit and relax outside of bedroom."

"This is more for a couple or individual. Shower Water was cold. Water pressure was bad. Shower head was in a terrible spot and the shower was messy. Great location, parking outside wasn't so bad, just read the signs. Place was clean. The Shower was very unfortunate."

"This was a great little place! It was so nice having an entire house to stay in versus just one hotel room. My female friend and I had to share a bed but it was big enough that we didn't bother each other. My brother and friend's brother enjoyed the TV while my friend and I enjoyed the free WIFI. The kitchen and bathroom were clean and spacious. I liked the convenience of the laundry on site. The neighborhood was safe, but just know that the house is on a pretty steep street. Way steeper than...
