"The place was nice and clean. I was expecting my security deposit back and I did not receive it cause I was charged for some towels and bed sheet that was stained $225 dollars not fair! Even tho we fixed the broken handle on the stove and our door went bad since the fridge didn't keep our food cold enough. I did not want to complain cause I really they wasn't gonna play me with my deposit but that was very unfair all of that comes off in the wash I'm sure "

"The unit was beautiful with windows and two bedrooms. The place was very clean and comfortable and we enjoyed the deck. It was perfect for meeting our needs three girlfriends traveling together. We enjoyed the pool and the terrace deck as well. I’m glad I chose this location."

"Our stay was ruined when the host had the most deafening construction taking place right downstairs in the bottom unit of the house. It was like jackhammers were being driven into our brains. Extremely disappointing, and when I tried to get a refund the host completely ghosted me and hasn’t responded for weeks. DO NOT STAY HERE."

"Super affordable place that had everything we needed- a place for 4 of us, a nice kitchen setup with a table to eat at and play card/board games at night, laundry, and more. The location was in a "busy" area but was super quiet (we barely noticed or heard anyone on the upper floors, and even the nearby train wasn't an issue) and felt very safe overall. No issues whatsoever & the host was very responsive to questions and got back to us in a quick and timely manner. Don't pass this one up- highly...

"This was a lovely stay in a beautiful neighborhood of Alameda. The apartment was easy to access, clean and cozy. It felt like a mini vacation getaway even though I was there for work. And Marti was a lovely host."

"Place was clean, but that is about it. amenites advertized were not accessible, thye double charges us: charges us for the stay as well as what we paid, then accused of stealing a table, leaving "poop" behind, (which we did not do either charges us $400.00 additional cleaning) charges us for a key that was returned, and we were there for less than 4 days..."
