"A fabulous place to stay. The desk clerk put us on the top floor, which gave us a great view of San Francisco and the water. Couldn't have asked for a better experience. Parking is valet-only (80 bucks) unless you want to find your own parking, but it was worth it just to avoid the hassle of driving around in a strange city looking for parking."

"The lift is perpetually down. If not it does not work normally. I have experienced it stopping on every floor as well as taking the cargo lift from the back door!"

"No fridge in the room, not a huge deal just needed to use ice to things cold. Otherwise a fine experience, would stay again if returning to SF."
