"What made this hotel truly stand out for me was one person—Milo, the evening manager. From the moment we arrived, he made us feel right at home. He went above and beyond to help us, from explaining how to navigate the train system to recommending places to eat, arranging taxis, and answering all of our questions. He is the epitome of outstanding customer service, and his kindness and professionalism made our stay memorable.
The hotel’s location is great, especially if you plan to explore different parts of the city, as it’s conveniently close to the train station.
One minor downside was that there were often a few men sitting and chatting just outside the hotel. As a tourist, it can feel a bit uncomfortable at first, but they never bothered us or caused any issues.
The breakfast was fairly basic and not something to look forward to, but that’s understandable since this is not a four- or five-star hotel. Overall, thanks to Milo’s exceptional hospitality and the hotel’s convenient location, we had a very enjoyable stay."
