"TOURISTS BEWARE!!! Don’t spend your time or money here! They have no respect for guests, just want your money! The conditions of the property was so bad and the staff were so abusive and rude that we left 2 hours after checking in, and they refused to give us any money back! Very rude and unprofessional staff (from reception to management). The receptionist called me names in Spanish. Even with video surveillance present, the management denied it and said everything was great on their end!! The room was dusty and there were bloodstains on one of our pillowcases. Cutlery had food stuck to it from previous guests. Weak and unreliable wifi. When brought this to the reception, they shrugged and said we’re in mountains, this is normal. Overall, not a single word of apology or trying to make up for issues came out of them. "
