"I loved everything about this place! This was a working trip. I needed to get a bunch done in a private setting. It was exactly what I needed/wanted!I accomplished everything I went there to do and even had some time for cocktails and pool at the Clock Tower!And to add to it all, there is the Chief Martindale Diner!Thank you Michael! "A Truly Blissful Family Vacation in Great Barrington My family and I just spent a week at Julie’s peaceful retreat compound in Great Barrington, and I can honestly say—it was everything we hoped for and more. From the moment we arrived, we felt welcomed and relaxed. Julie was incredibly sweet and accommodating, making sure everything was perfect throughout our stay.The setting is serene and picturesque, with thoughtful touches that make you feel truly cared for. The home was spotless, beautifully maintained, and comfortably furnished—premium all the way. Whether we were enjoying quiet mornings, winding down by the fire, or playing Pickleball... it was the perfect place to reconnect and recharge.We had no complaints whatsoever. Everything ran smoothly, and the experience exceeded our expectations. We absolutely loved it and would return in a heartbeat.Thank you, Julie, for creating such a beautiful haven. "We stayed at this Vrbo on a cold winter day. Out our window was a beautiful sight: a snow laden forest with a winding brook. The bed was firm, the way we like it, and the heating system was noiseless keeping us toasty all night. There were cooking utensils, a small fridge, an induction hot plate, a microwave and a toaster which was all we needed for our cooking needs. When we arrived after a long drive I made myself a hot tea and relaxed on the big comfortable couch.I highly recommend this efficiency apartment for a very good stay in Eastern New York State."
