"We have just spent a week here and rate it very highly . The staff, in particular Filippo and Paolo, were exceptionally friendly and helpful, helping us to arrange excursions and taxis. It was very family friendly - our children especially enjoyed the pool. The whole hotel was spotless and our room was cleaned really well every day. The location was perfect for us, right on the beach and in the middle of all the bars, restaurants and shops. "

"Everything about this hotel was good to excellent except the bed was way to hard. We requested a change to bed and they agreed but we even changed mattresses with the singles in the room to make it more comfortable."

"Victoria palace, was base for trip to Misano race track, so we didnt use the facilities much, staff very good, and friendly , rooms are clean, perhaps could do with up grade in styling ! we did , change from economy room , to superior as found economy room tiny for our stay "
