"The hotel must of been a beauty in its day. The location and views of the canal were amazing. I feel as if I was treated as a second class guest because I booked through hotels.com. Our room was close to unsalable, needed lots of maintenance. Couldn’t adjust temperature, yes I did ask for assistance he couldn’t help. Got lots of no’s with nice smiles. Wanted it to be great, it was mediocre."
