"Exceptional hotel, decor beautiful, breakfast excellent and the breakfast room overlooking a canal. Bathroom delightful, Murano glass chandeliers in our suite. Walking distance to Vaparato, water bus, which is great to get around. Gondolier rides at Academia bridge recommended, near to hotel. Only consideration is the lift, 3 feet square max, hand operated. No problem with small suitcases or 1 person at a time with case going up to 3rd floor. Would definitely come back here. Valentina and her staff are welcoming and attentive."
