The hotel was tranquil and sophisticated. The staff was very professional. They went beyond what is expected at a normal luxury five star hotel. The location is beautiful and serene. You get to the hustle of Venice in 20 minutes by courtesy boat. Sightsee and walk all day and then return to the private island oasis to relax amidst luxury.

The hotel and the grounds and the whole facility are spectacular but the staff is what made it so special. Sara who helps manage the Villas was a dream and went out of her way to make our visit magical. The pool staff at the Adult pool was so kind and just wanted everyone to have the best time. Such a great place to visit.

We read all the reviews and were so surprised at how much better than any of the reviews this hotel is. It is clean, located in a great spot, the service was amazing and our favorite breakfast of all time was at this hotel. It is very close to the airport and even closer to the cruiseport. The staff was very helpful in giving us options of less expensive ways to see Venice. Everyone was friendly and happy to answer our sometimes strange questions about Venice. We were upgraded to a larger room, which was very nice and comfortable. All the amenities were in good order, and the staff was great, particularly with restaurant recommendations. We'd happily come back!

Wonderful staff, very comfortable room and bed with a great working AC! The included breakfast was by far THE BEST breakfasts we had in ALL of Italy! There are zero views to be had at this location however the convenience of being so close to water taxis, shuttle services and transportation to and from the airport was excellent. Recommend this property to everyone hands down!

The hotel was located in a great location, central to a lot of dining and shopping options. It was a quick boat taxi from the train station or a 20-25 minute walk. The room was very clean and slept well. The hotel is connected to their cafe which is convenient for quick bites and cafe

Loved the staff and the view of the canal. So convenient to piazzale Roma and st Lucia. The breakfast offered by the hotel is exceptional and so affordable. You won’t regret staying here:)

We liked the class and taste. Hotel is brand new with good lighting in the bedroom, bathroom and public spaces. Breakfast buffet and the cappuccinos were awesome. Very friendly staff, nice neighborhood and close to San Marco. Very close as well to the a boat station.

Beautiful older hotel perfect fit for Venice. Very clean and timeless hotel. Excellent service. Excellent breakfast. Right in the shopping area of Venice and close walk to St.Marks Square. Nice amenities including: Spa for an additional charge. Boat taxi service provided by the hotel. Bar on site. I would definitely recommend this hotel.

Had a wonderful stay. The hotel is beautiful and in a great location. The staff was helpful and friendly. Only thing to keep in mind- it’s right on a canal which is great for travel but boats are going early in the morning and can be a bit loud. Didn’t diminish my stay though!

Well maintained property, good breakfast choices. Stayed for 3 nights and had a great experience. Will stay here again if visit Venice next time.

Felt like staying in a luxury cruise ship. Walking distance to most attractions. Take water taxi from train $8 euro.
