"Doors falling off hinges, horrible uncomfortable bed leaving my partner with terrible back pain, toilet had poo stains in bowl despite a cleaned toilet wrapper on lid. Toilet brush covered in cobwebs so obviously hadn't been cleaned .. carpark terrible to leave, sign out front so bad we drove past 3 times..."

"The food was great, the room was a let down in that it wasnt as nice as the pictures made it seem, but the bedroom its self wasnt terrible. it did have a mold patch in the bathroom and the shower head was smaller than i expected from the photos. The bathroom also didnt have an extraction fan but was on a sensor light, which the idea of is great but it was so bright that you almost felt like you where being abducted when you used it in the night. I found the trafic sound was loud over night, Being that the window of the room faced the road and this did make it harder to sleep. I was also woken at 6am by the staff trollies going past, they where so loud i thought they where heavy rain. "

"Stayed here as a large group and the house was perfect. Plenty of room for everyone, great open spaces to be together, well stocked kitchen and everything we needed for the time we were there.The house is very central, easy to get to, plenty of parking and good value for the size.Zoe was excellent to deal with and very quickly followed up herself on a small issue that we had."
