"The stay was quite uncomfortable making us leave after the first night. Had to sleep and move about the apartment dressed in layers due to cold and clammy temperatures. Host stated that the municipality would not allow turning on the heating system during the month of May but then turned on the heaters anyway when we complained about the cold temperatures…only to wake up in the middle of the night freezing and finding the heaters turned off again. " Very comfy, clean and spacious apartment. Great to have outside space too. Kitchen well equipped. Main bed very comfortable but the sofa bed was a bit squeaky for 2 teenagers to share! Town centre is about 15 minutes walk away as the apartment is in a residential area. Annalisa was a great host abd veey helpful."

"Pros: Von der Ferienwohnung direkt zum Gardasee dauert es ein wenig. Dies war uns aber klar und wir haben uns bewusst für eine Unterkunft in den Bergen entschieden. Die Aussicht ist wunderschön und nur zu empfehlen. Ein Balkon sowie eine große Terasse stehen einem alleine zur Verfügung. Der Garten muss geteilt werden, ist aber überhaupt kein Problem gewesen. "Pros: Super nette Gastgeber, die tägl. vor Ort sind und sich um alles kümmern. Sehr ruhige traumhafte Lage. Der Ort ist in 5 Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar, mit einigen Restaurants und Supermarkt. Cons: Unser Hund war sehr willkommen, grundsätzlich sind Haustiere erlaubt. Allerdings wäre dann auch ein eingezäunter Garten/ Anlage wünschenswert. Zumal man pro Tag €10,00 extra bezahlt."

"Die Wohnung ist schön eingerichtete. Das Sofa könnte bequemer sein, die Reihenfolge der Fernsehsender ist eine Katastrophe. Geschirr ist vorhanden, der Rest der Küche ist eher sparsam eingerichtet. Wenn man sich eingelebt hat, dann fühlt man sich wohl. Generell hätte es sauberer sein können. Der Balkon und die Terrasse hätten vor unserem Einzug einen Lappen und einen Besen vertragen. SO glad to say the Sole Hotel team were on to it straight away, found solutions and fixed every concern in a charming, diligent and thorough way. 5 stars, you can be VERY confident in this hotel and its PROFESSIONAL staff. From cleaners to bar waiters to management. This is a classy team. As to location, its unbeatable. Lakeside, on the main square with breathtaking views. "Such a beautiful hotel situated right in the shore front. Parking is easy on lake front car park and it’s a very safe area. No issues at all leaving a convertible overnight. They do have their own car park too. Breakfast was lovely, all the staff very helpful. You cannot get a better location, right next to the boat moorings and several restaurants. The views from the hotel over the lake are fantastic. I’d definitely stay here again. "

Side note: the hotel entrance is next to the street, with no transit parking, which complexifies arrival, unless you're lucky enough to find a parking accross the street, or arrange for a parking first with the hotel (they offer a parking 150 metres from the hotel)"
