"Upon check-in, we need to wait for 25-30mins for the caretaker to give us the room key considering that we called them several times ton inform what time we’ll arrive. Upon check out, we need to wait for them again to give back the key since the inhouse staff in the building are not allowed to get the key. Guests need to walk few mins under the sun to get to the pool and parking area.condo lobby in tower 2 is hot, not a welcoming temp, seems the ac is not working.upon booking, the website says...

"The room was great good view "

"great location, centrally located to all tourist attractions by jeepney or motorcycle, literally dozens of places to eat in a 5 minute radius plus a grocery store less than 5 minutes away if you like to make your own breakfast or later in the night snack. The unit is clean, modern and comes with everything you need to enjoy your stay, by stay I mean as a place to sleep and eat in the mornings, not to spend your whole day inside, my unit 1103 was a little small for staying all day but plenty big...

"I would like to thank the host for this great condo. She was great answering all questions and communication through out the trip. The condo was as described in listing. However pool was not operational at time of visit. The location worked great for our needs. Along with the pricing. I was a little nervous as i have been scammed before. However, the constant communication was great. Thank you again for allowing our stay. You have a great place."

"It’s ok. It was very small. The bed was not comfortable."
