Breakfast was included and absolutely delicious and filling, unlike many other free breakfasts. Great locations for exploring and watching hot air balloons. We slept in the family room and were very comfortable. Highly recommend."

It's very close to the Rose Valley and we hiked from Rose Valley to Red Valley, and we loved it. We appreciate the nice breakfast with kindness. Highly recommended!!"
