Modern Home in Croy, peaceful village located 15 minutes from Inverness.

"Wonderful house just outside of Inverness. Located in Croy, this small suburb of Inverness offered beautiful views of the distant mountains and surrounding farm land. The house was clean, well laid out for a rental, with plenty of bedrooms and bathrooms outside of the larger city, and provided not only a comfortable space to refuge for each day, but also a comfortable neighborhood to stroll around in the evening. We found especially nice the host providing some breakfast sweets and cereals to start our day, plus coffee and teas to complete the morning routine. Beds were comfortable, areas to sit and gather to discuss the days adventures were inviting as well. Laundry facilities were also available. I especially enjoyed the outdoor space, with small table overlooking the garden. A nice sitting area to enjoy the cool morning air while sipping tea. The neighborhood also has a small cafe that can easily be walked to. While the location was ideal, its distance to Inverness was a small challenge requiring taxi service to and from as it was too far to walk, but for those who have their own transportation, this won’t be an issue. The location of the home and its charm more than made up for this extra planning. "

"Lovely new unit outside of Inverness, with homey touches that were really nice—themed decorations that extended even to the mugs. It was comfortable and easy access to Culloden Battlefield and onward to Inverness. The hosts were very responsive to messages as well."

"Very highly recommended. The hotel has had a spruce up since I was last here and she's looking lovely. Very comfy beds and powerful shower with nice products. Great spa. Food and cocktails both delicious. Everyone super friendly and helpful. With local people coming in to use the pool or have a drink at the bar, it feels like part of the town as well rather than just a tourist enclave. We will be back. "
