"Really nice stylish hotel with lovely staff and facilities. Because of a delay we arrived at the hotel after the cut off for breakfast but they went out of their way to get us a bite to eat,only a bacon bun but much appreciated. "

"Location perfect - near train station and short walk to all the sights. Staff was amazing. Room spacious. Food was great. Special shout out to concierges - Joseph and Nigel for assistance in recovering luggage the airline delayed. Highly recommend!!"

"The staff here are so friendly and knowledgeable about the history of this beautiful hotel We always stay here, we absolutely love it 5 stars for the staff. So professional and made us so welcomed hotel is being renovated, but that just made it more fun, the workmen were hilarious . Was still very quiet and comfortable "

" The reception staff were all pleasant and helpful. The bed was very comfortable. There was some noise at night, after the Lionesses roared, but no problem there! An excellent stay which I shall repeat in the future."

"Dom checked us in and helped take our suitcase to our room, he made us feel so welcome, we will definitely be back to stay, he is an amazing member of staff, a credit to the hotel, as me and my wife are 80 yrs old."
