"Being honest, it was nothing like the pictures. Bathroom doors wouldn’t close, closet either. Not 1 decoration in wall. I’ve been in many on vacation hotels and this is the complete opposite from what I’ve been in. "

"The front desk was very helpful. They was really nice, the room is big enough but there was dirty and nasty. We found some cockroaches in the room. We tell the housekeeper and the front desk guy, they don’t clean the room. Plus the shower was broken and the drain clogged. I don’t really comeback to this hotel."

"The reality is that the place is nothing like it looks in the photos . We arrived at 3:45 PM, as check-in was at 3 PM like everywhere else, but it wasn't available yet because they were "cleaning"—that wasn't the problem. The problem was that the place still smelled terrible, like an old, dirty mop. The place was filthy, the beds smelled of sweat, the walls were stained, the curtains were torn, the towels smelled musty—in short, very disappointing. It wasn't just the place that was bad, but also...
