"Meu quarto para 3 pessoa era extremamente pequeno, mal dava pra ficar de pé, fiquei sem lençol por 2 dias, eram 3 e só tinha 2 toalhas de banho, solicitei mas só me deram no dia seguinte, ficamos sem energia por várias vezes e pra completar sem água, não tinha água nem para dar descarga no vaso sanitário, tivemos que vir embora sem tomar banho pós fichou sem água quase a viagem toda, não tinha frigobar no quarto, tive que beber água quente porque não tinha nem se quer uma geladeira...
