"Hôtel à flanc de montagne (Ergan). De ce fait, un peu éloigné du centre. Mais l'emplacement est magnifique avec l'air pur et frais de la montagne avec encore de la neige visible sur les somets. Les chambres sont spacieuses et bien très bien équipées. Le personnel est très professionnel. Le petit déjeuner est très varié avec des produits locaux."

"I ended up leaving the location because I couldn’t communicate properly with the staff. When I asked about parking — which was the main reason I booked this place — they showed me a spot under the terrace. I was traveling with my motorcycle, and that parking space didn’t feel safe or suitable. Unfortunately, I wasn’t able to get a refund for the amount I paid."

"We were able to park outside on the road and there was plenty of free spaces right near the hotel. The member of staff was very helpful and willing to help. His English was really good especially for Eastern Turkey. The room was incredibly spacious, comfortable beds and nice quality bedding. The bathroom was very modern. The whole place was really clean.
