"We had a fantastic stay at Surfside! Peter was a stellar host…welcoming, friendly, very knowledgeable. We highly recommend booking tours with him. "¡Una joya de lugar, superó por completo nuestras expectativas! Nuestra estadía en Casa Roland estuvo súper de principio a fin. Para empezar, la habitación es un éxito rotundo: sumamente espaciosa, con una limpieza impecable y un ambiente muy agradable. Cuenta con un gran baño, refrigeradora y las camas están una delicia; nos tocó una habitación con dos camas Queen separadas y cada una viene con 4 almohadas excelentes, lo cual garantizó un descanso increíble. Además, el aire acondicionado funciona a la perfección, enfría rapidísimo y es súper silencioso. La gastronomía también destaca; como hicimos la reserva por medio de Expedia nos dieron un descuento para la cena, que dicho sea de paso estuvo deliciosa, y el desayuno de la mañana estuvo riquísimo, muy fresco y bien preparado. Por otra parte, el personal del hotel merece una mención de honor; todo el staff es extraordinariamente amable, educado y servicial. Tuvimos un inconveniente porque el cargador de carro eléctrico del hotel estaba dañado, pero se pusieron la camiseta por nosotros y muy amablemente nos salvaron prestándonos un toma de 220V, lo cual fue una gran salvada viniendo en ruta desde Cartago. No encontramos ningún punto negativo, todo estuvo de diez. Sin duda es un lugar altamente recomendado al que definitivamente volveremos en nuestro próximo viaje. ¡Muchas gracias por la gran hospitalidad!"
