We enjoyed the breakfast buffet every morning which included a large variety and tasty options. The room was well appointed, modern, clean and in great condition. We moved here from another local hotel due to their poor cleanliness and condition and found the Holiday Inn Cebu to be a true sanitary. If I had one criticism, it was that the towels were pretty thin. Not a deal breaker at all. I’d stay here again every time "
