"We had a great stay at this property with our grandsons while we visited downtown Grand Rapids, took in a show at the DeVos place. The location was convenient to many restaurants, venues and events. Parking was connected as well. The only complaint I would have is that the bed was very firm and uncomfortable. I understand that this is a preference - a bit of a pillowtop would be nice. It really was a good experience for us - thank you!"

"I wouldnt change anything about the Hyatt except the fact that i find it ridiculous that you have to pay extra for parking when youre already paying so much for the room. Its very disappointing!"

"Helpful desk staff! Room looked nice, up to date. The bed was soft for me and I forgot my pillow, so I was uncomfortable every night. May not be the case for others. Great location! Easy access in and out, easy to walk over a pedestrian bridge to downtown. Right across the street from 2 museums!"

"Very pleased with my stay. The Manager upgraded our room for being members which was a pleasant surprise. Quiet room, very comfortable beds. Staff were very helpful and friendly. Parking garage is connected by a skywalk which felt safe and secure. Two restaurants below the hotel and walkable to many points of interest such as Van Andel and Intersection. Small outdoor patio area with a fireplace and ample seating. Complimentary breakfast was delicious. Overall I would stay here again! "
