Not thrilled about paying for parking at the hotel, but understand that is becoming more common and it was nice to have the secure parking lot. "Hotel is centrally located in Grand Rapids. Rooms are dated and need update. The wedding rooms and event areas are nice."

"Know that you have to pay for linens exchange. All cookware has to be paid for as well. Slightly sketchy but good if you need somewhere to sleep while on the road. The staff is not available after a certain time and aren’t available until late morning. Rooms are mostly clean, but bed and bedsheets/comforters are very thin. Almost emergency blanket quality. Ok for the price, but definitely not a frequent stay."
