"We were not told that when you check in to stay for more than one night that you have to request housekeeping service so when we returned and the garbage was still full and the wet towels on the floor we were taken aback. Other than that the stay was good."

"We really enjoyed the uniqueness of this property. We affectionately called it "Dracula's Castle." It was easy to locate, it sort of stood out in the shipping area where it was located. It was clean and comfortable. The staff were generally very pleasant, though the one who checked us in the first evening was not particularly welcoming and when we asked for additional towels the person who brought it smelled of marijuana, no harm was done, it was just a little odd. "We love staying here really good breakfast buffet in the morning super spacious rooms always clean and close to a lot of good food!! And when we get a balcony room it’s so worth it!! Playground within walking distance as well if you have small kids!"

"Actually, I did not stay at the Courtyard by Marriott Downtown because the event I was coming to GR was cancelled at the last minute. However, Amanda at the Marriott was very helpful in allowing me to cancel my stay well past the refund deadline given the circumstances. I will rebook there when the event is rescheduled."

"The only let down was the roof top bar. Waited 40 minutes and still couldn’t get a beverage. Only one waitress serving. Other than that very happy with the hotel accommodations. Would definitely stay again. "
