"It was a good stay. The room was comfy and the breakfast was standard but good. The only down side the building really echoes. From people getting ice from the ice macher to people moving chairs in the lobby. People talking in the hallways as well. There isn't much carpeting to absorb the sounds. For the price it was a good place to stay."

"To enhance the guest experience, I recommend increasing the lighting in the bathrooms. A well-prepared breakfast is a highlight for many travelers, and given the investment guests make, the hot food options fell short (it may be worth considering a backup plan). The waffle station, a favorite, had only one machine operating, resulting in long wait times. On a positive note, the check-in staff was outstanding, particularly Jason, who was very attentive. Linda in the kitchen also impressed everyone with her wonderful personality and service. However, the young lady in the kitchen on Sunday could improve her attitude; she lacked a welcoming demeanor and seemed unapproachable. Despite these issues, my overall experience was very enjoyable. I want to thank the staff for their hard work and courteousness. With a few adjustments, future stays can be even better!"

"The room was quiet and spacious, meeting all of our needs. The fan for the bathroom made a horrible noise when in use, so loud that we could not use it. The AC sounded like a drip for several seconds each time the temp was reached and the AC cut off. The staff was very efficient, friendly and accommodating. It was very busy upon check-in but they handled things perfectly."
