"Very clean. Great location, it’s 5 minutes from Meijer Garden. Pool is nice and hot tub too, (aside from needing a new paint job). Bed is very comfortable. We stayed 2 nights and the cleaning person stopped by our room, day 2, to make sure we were good and didn’t need anything (unusual these days). This was our 3rd time staying at this hotel, Matt at the front desk is consistently helpful and professional. I"

"Great mid modern vibe and in the center of town by all the action and walking distance to so many great stores, restaurants, bars and coffee shops. The things that were a bit disappointing were self-parking was very confusing upon arrival and no directions were provided in the confirmation email. There was no on street temporary parking, and yet you had to check in first to get the pass to use the self-parking. Also there is no refrigerator in the rooms, and ice machine was not on every floor. Overall a good experience/stay, but for the price these things would have made it more convenient."

"Rooms were clean, but could use a few updates. The breakfast and dinner social were excellent! They had several fire pits and an outdoor gas grill for cooking. The pool and hot tub were clean and maintained. Staff was super friendly and helpful."

"Checked in on Monday afternoon and the lady at the front desk was friendly and helpful. Accommodated my friend and I to two rooms close to each other. Helpful with suggestions for eating dinner. We loved the small amenities such as free cookies. She gave us bottles of water and a small bag of treats. The hotel is outdated but felt clean. Rooms also provided more bottles of water. Very much appreciated! Hotel was convenient from the airport and areas restaurants."
