"The room and property were very clean and well maintained. The front desk staff were always on hand and very helpful. Breakfast was excellent most days and we appreciated the gentleman who put out the tastiest menus. The cleaners could be obstinate about refusing to even speak one word of English but I don’t know any Spanish either. It was just their attitude that was disturbing. We had a good week visiting sites around Grand Rapids and had a restful stay at the hotel."

"We had a fantastic stay at this hotel and would gladly recommend it to other travelers. The front desk staff member was enthusiastic to check in guests, and provide a complimentary bottle of water. Throughout our stay, staff members regularly checked in to ask how everything was going and whether we needed anything, which made us feel truly cared for. The rooms were spacious(King), comfortable, and provided plenty of room to relax and unwind. Everything about the stay felt easy and enjoyable. Our only regret is that we didn’t have more time to take advantage of the pool and hot tub — they looked wonderful and would have been the perfect way to relax. Overall, this was a great experience with excellent hospitality, comfortable accommodations, and a warm, friendly atmosphere. We would definitely stay here again!"

"Victor was super helpful putting all our rooms close to each other! Rooms were very clean, beds were comfy and they give you 4 pillows per bed which is great! Shower was roomy and very clean and good water pressure. Only down side was the pool area being under construction and water kinda chilly, but convenient for kids. I would stay again for sure!"
