"My stay was for business. The hotel is located directly on 28th St close to anything you may need such as food, department stores, gas stations or anything else you could think of. The staff was busy on the phone when I arrived and he even took the time to pause his conversation and get me checked in because he knew it would continue to be lengthy. The one thing that I didn't enjoy was the ease of use of the television and working the local channels. Because of how cumbersome it was for me I found a channel I enjoyed and left it there."

"Visited Frederick Meijer gardens 1/2 mile away. I didn’t notice freeway noise at night. Pool and spa great, clean & relaxing for sore feet after walking all afternoon. Breakfast outstanding nice variety of food. Comfortable beds my husband usually complains, not here. Thank you!"

"A hidden gem in Grand Rapids! The staff were incredible and so friendly- Elise especially! Her hospitality and kindness did not go unnoticed. Thank you! The location is super walkable and walker friendly. A quick 5 minute walk and you are downtown, surrounded by shopping, restaurants, entertainment, etc. We had such a great stay. We cant wait to go back! "
