We loved our stay at the beautifully stuccoed adobe building that was artfullly decorated in a rustic, rural setting in Cedaredge.
Our accommodations were so comfortable and the gourmet breakfast we were served the next morning was outstandingly delicious!!
Marty and Terrie were so easy to work with and very enjoyable to visit with. We will definitely stay there again when we visit the Grand Mesa again.
We loved this B&B! The host and her dog took great care of us, with an excellent room and great breakfast. Staying here was one of the best values we've ever found. It's worth venturing off the interstate corridor just to stay here.
A magnificent surprise !! Amazing architecture, quiet, a library, amazing home-cooked breakfast, and a most interesting host. This place will be on my āalways stayā list. I think of this place and the host almost every day since I left.

Teri was a very gracious hostess, we showed up late but it wasnāt a problem. Pet friendly was a huge plus for us and breakfast was a wonderful bonus. Beautiful property and we would love to visit again. Pete & Chris Rojas
Great stay with wonderful hosts. Lovely fresh cooked breakfast each morning in the inspiring library. The rooms were spacious and well appointed. Bathrooms were creative and perfectly functional including heated floors. The small interior greenhouse was a treat full of lovely scents from the fresh herbs and flowers. Easily accessible. Treat yourself to a stay at this welcoming property; I highly recommend it.
Came for a wedding...lovely unique property...quiet...drive off the highway very novelish...time stands still...And a Wonderful Owner's Library which is not common any longer...Would recommendš
The architecture was unique, pueblo style with a lot of artistic touch, and a pinch of Provence.
The mattress was perfect for me and the host Terri made a perfect breakfast with fresh fruit and herbs.
One of the highlights of my road trip!
Thanks for the piece of European feeling!
Everything was perfect. The house was so warm and cozy. The rooms were unique, comfortable and quiet. The claw foot soaking tub was amazing, in its own little alcove. The hosts were very charming and interesting to chat with. The breakfasts were so delicious! The best scone Iāve ever eaten! I would go back over and over. Highly recommend it. And donāt forget to take home some of their delicious hot chocolate drink mix!
Beautiful home with wonderful hosts! Breakfast was really good with scones that were delicious! Huge relaxing bath tub. Deer were in the front yard to tell us goodbye the day we left.
The food was out of this world
Terry is so talented with her kitchen skills. Very relaxed and Marty is very interesting. Pretty clean and very good with our dog who is 60lbs and old. No TV but an amazing library to hang out in.
Hosts were extremely friendly and welcoming.
Delicious breakfast. Hosts were gracious enough to sit down and chatty with us during breakfast.
Very interesting adobe home. It was built by the owners themselves, from scratch (they even built the bricks themselves).
The hosts were very accommodating and very pleasant. They obviously take a lot of pride into what they created and rightfully so. The room and the shower was so peaceful along with deer grazing outside your window. There is nothing that is not superb about staying here .
The home baked scones and the breakfast crepes was scrumptious.. Much to look forward to wake up to .
What an absolute gem! The hosts were so kind and the place made us feel so relaxed, I wish I could do a permanent vaca there! This home was so inspiring! If you are creative or like architecture, this is a must stop! Ps. The hot chocolate is their recipe and a must try before you leave. We canāt wait to return!
We loved staying there. Marty and Terry were very friendly and we loved their house. I also loved their dog. Marty built the adobe house. It is located off the beaten path, which I loved. Scones in the morning were excellent and homemade by Terry, as was the rest of the breakfast provided. I wish I had taken a picture of it and the bedroom I stayed in, which was nicely furnished. They have a few acres and there is a nice path with a great view from their back yard. Would definitely stay there again if I'm in the area. Cute downtown area with a few restaurants. They do have a microwave and dorm size fridge available as well as LOTS of books and a TV if you want/need to watch something.
