Our room was spacious, our host was helpful, and breakfast was very tasty and fresh. The town is nestled within wineries and surrounded by mountains for hiking. It was a bit warm with no air conditioning on the top floor but the fan and windows helped.

The best night's stay we had on our entire journey through Spain. The hotel itself is very charming, beautifully renovated and updated while maintaining its 17th century charm. Javier and Rosemary were extremely accommodating - we arrived late, but they greeted us, and we were given a private viewing of the bodega/cellar in he morning. It was such a treat to see this small-scale winemaking operation. Breakfast was delicious. We plan to come back!

Pool area looked inviting but we had no time and temperatures were falling. A bit of trouble locating the front desk and staff didn’t seem to notice. Not a typical check in desk. I thought it was a desk for guests to work on. Other than that and an issue locating the front door (it’s on a side street where you cannot drive a car), parking was very close in an...
