They use the whatsup app for easy, fast communication regarding reservations and anything you need. The housekeeping team checks in with you too. As a solo female I felt safe the entire time. On the property, in town, and on the beach. Rent a scooter (not a car) if you want to easily get around. The city center is easily walkable. If I hand known for the beach, centers and other I’d definitely have rented a scooter vs a car/bike. The food is amazing! Drinks too! The tuna tataki, while an app, makes a killer meals and is a flavor bomb. Bardo has 2 sister properties you may visit if you wish. Which I did for yoga (which is included and people who up. "It was a great place, safe location, easy access 25/7, not too far from Centro Tulum, a car rental was ideal for us, as we had the opportunity to visit many Tulum gems around the area, Host was was so gracious, in helping with day to day things, and overall was a very stress free place to stay, a cab ride not too bad, but weekly car rental was great to go to ruins, cenote, and beach daily, and made the trip.
