"One of 2 favorite places to stay when visiting our kids at Iowa State. Love the location, architecture, and Iowa State pictures and design. The view from the upper floors towards campus is ideal. The staff were friendly. We appreciated the extra complimentary breakfast buffet tickets since we mentioned we were there for graduation and it was likely our last time there. Not a fan of the barn door for the bathroom and the AC unit was louder than have had before. But it is always clean and the lighting and room remodel are great otherwise."

"The hotel is kind of a maze but it’s so cute! The indoor outdoor pool needs more chairs but it’s well sized and clean. The rooms are spacious and clean. Their breakfast last longer than a lot of hotels I’ve been to."

"The room and the cleanliness were great. The person who was supposed to cook the hot portion of breakfast didn’t show and the staff disappeared so they didn’t even explain what had happened. I would use this hotel chain again. It seems all businesses are plagued by poor employees now"

"I did an online checkout and indicated we would be checking out at 11:00am. Housekeeping knocked on our door at 8:30am, asked in the hallway at 9am if we were checking out and knocked on our door at 10:50am to see when we were leaving. Feeling rushed was not a fun way to end our trip. Otherwise it was a nice stay."
