"We have stayed here for the last 3 years to attend Fan Fusion Phoenix. We keep coming back because of the hot breakfast in the morning, the great staff and the large comfortable rooms. Even the 70s pattern on the couch in the room reminds me of home. The price to park your car is only 18 a night which if you travel to downtown Phoenix you know that is a bargain. It is a 10 minute walk to the convention center but very safe. You can find fancier hotels but we will continue to stay here...it is...

"My husband got bitten all over his arms and back by bed bugs. It has been over 10 days and he still can’t get rid of the itch and urge to scratch. He is in pain. He called the hotel directly to let them know about it and got told that they couldn’t do anything because “we had booked the room via Expedia”. This is unacceptable. They have to be held accountable."
