"First off I love the fact that every room is different well every studio or apartment is completely different I have stayed in a few and they where all different style wise. They where all very well kept and it's not a big place which makes it even better. It was quite and the people that I had seen where very polite and you don't see that very often at places around here! The overall property shows signs of basic deferred maintenance and the colors and design of this room was a uninspired, but its well equipped and spacious. Can't beat the views! Overall we enjoyed our stay and would pick this property again. We prefer a place with walkable food options and this property is great for that. The attached Ocean Walk Shoppes are nice and some of the best birria tacos we've ever had are there."

"If you're in need of a convenient, reasonably affordable place to stay this is it. The unit is as described, cute, clean, quiet and the ease of checkin was great. We were attending a funeral and need a place for a couple of days and this location work perfectly. Though we didn't get to the beach, we could see the entrance to the beach from the building. We would definitely recommend."

"This place was perfectly placed- steps from the beach, sand volleyball & pier. Well maintained property and very nice. I appreciate the kindness of former renters who left behind some useful household items (detergent). We left our contribution too (coffee & filters). A special thanks to the owners for having a tent for the beach! Would def come back!"

"We absolutely loved our time here. Instructions were good and the parking was easy. The kitchen was beautiful and the furniture was very comfortable. The balcony is esquisite, and the wraparound the side is great when you want to be out there but need to escape from the sun. The location is excellent and we took advantage of the short walk to the Sandbar for cocktails more than once. We're ready to go back!"

"The Arya Blu is a good place to syay. You are always greeted with a smile and treated courteously by all staff. If you need anything at all just notify the staff and theyvwill assist you. One of the better places to stay if you want a relatively inexpensive va ation. Right on the beach. Has a nice pool. You can walk to a lot of the locals places. FUN AND AFFORDABLE! Can't be beat."

"If I have any suggestions at all, it would be update the main bathroom toilet as it sits a little low and it was wobbling. The couch also could be updated as it sunk way down. Otherwise I love the people at the front desk, super friendly and kind. The facility was clean and enjoyed the pool. I still give it a 5 because I wasn’t there to sit on the couch anyway. "
