Drury Plaza Hotel Orlando - Disney Springs Area

10/10 Excellent

"Great hotel and a very pleasant stay. The pool is large, with plenty of loungers, so there’s no need to rush down early to get one. Pool towels are provided on-site, and being just a 10-minute walk from Disney Springs is a huge perk. The staff were also incredibly kind and helpful throughout our stay. Very happy with this hotel and would definitely recommend it."

"So overall it was a great time. Didn’t give much information about the different pools they had. I had trouble sleeping bc the curtains were broken and automated. So they randomly would open and close all throughout the day and night. Then trying to relax in the middle of our last day in our room to recharge. They were upgrading tvs so they woke my son and I up from our naps to install the tv. Then left and we finally got back to sleep and they knocked again to program it. So we didn’t get any time to relax bc of that. But overall it’s a cool place to stay and the pool they have is cool and it’s nice to literally walk 500ft to go to volcano bay."

"Excellent staff, the customer service was superb. Clean room. Good for my 1 night stay. Only drawback was parking was limited at the property but the very nice staff informed us we could park at the next door hotel Country Inn. Plenty of parking available there. For a short stay, i was very satisfied."

"The room was spacious and I wished we had more time to spend there. The in-room laundry is a great feature and the full kitchen was great to have. The pools were fun (the waterfall was a nice surprise). Everything was clean, which is always expected, but I’ve seen otherwise. We’ll come back to this location again the next time we’re in Orlando! Lastly, we appreciated that the Sheraton vacation staff were not pushy when we said that we did not want to have the sales pitch. Great stay!! 5 stars!"

"Plenty of activities for each of us. Ages were 3 years old to 70. Poolside kids activities were great. Pirate ship and water slide and hot tub were wonderful. Easy access to pool towels. Lunch at poolside bar/restaurant was delicious. Unit itself was meticulous. Full kitchen appliances and in unit washer and dryer. Fun and relaxing. Loved our stay"
