6/10 Okay

"Overall was an okay stay. The AC unit was making a “dripping” noise the entire stay, and the bathroom sink would not drain. I cad to pull the drain basically out of place because the handle did not work either to lift it. Once I did that it drained like normal, otherwise was good. The room keys worked twice to get us in/out of the parking lot, other times had to push the call button to get someone to let us in or out."

"This is our 4th at Caribe Royale, we've brought family at the previous visits but this time it was just us. Over all is was fine the suite was great yet the amenities or Cabana we weren't able to enjoy. I called 4 times to reserve the Cabana yet kept getting transferred or put on hold. Then I was told the the fitness center AC wasn't working but would be fixed by Tuesday then Wednesday yet when we arrived it still wasn't able to be accessed due to the AC. Upon check in then we find out that we could have reserved the Cabana online. I tried to reserve on site yet there were none available.The spa was not up to our standard of resort spa experience a couple massage the 18% gratituty and to be rushed was not warranted at all. The experience was subpar. Our dining experience at Venetian was amazing. The poolside bar was amazing as well."

"The room was very dirty and needed updating. The hallway rug had a huge stain. The floor was bumpy under the rug. The curtains were torn in the living room. The oven was dirty. The furniture needs to be replaced in several rooms. Very scratched nightstands or broken drawers. The pirate boat and the pool area was amazing. Very well kept grounds. Landscaping was well done. I was impressed with the lobby and the entrance but it didn’t match the room we were in at all. I reserved the 3 bedroom 3 bath condo in building #2."
