"Cleaning crew woke us up early banging on the door. Only one elevator was working and the staff working the kitchen/breakfast area were not friendly. "

"Everything about this hotel was great, from the staff, to the room attendants, to the great complimentary breakfast. Even when the power was out, not the hotels fault, the whole area arpund the university was out, the staff provided ice water and did the best they could to make us comfortable. The room was clean, bathroom was bery clean and spacious. It is very close to the University and we could walk everywhere we needed to go. Parking is right across the street, very accessible. Will definitely stay here whenever we go to ISU. "
