"There were some minor issues and inconsistent level of service but hotel staff were prompt to rectify them. Nice heritage building with warm and helpful staff, especially F&B manager Bagus, and Nancy at the Club Lounge. Hotel is located in a quiet residential neighborhood and slightly off the shopping areas but very pleasant. Looking forward to return."

"The lift, the walkway corridor and toilet have an unpleasant smell. The room was very spacious and comfortable but the breakfast buffet is terrible. The food has alot of variety but very bland and ask for a plain scramble egg never come at all. Some of the staffs are friendly but others dont even smile. Will not go back again."

"The hotel is in a good location, but the facility is in poor shape. There was a heavy smell of mildew in the room. The shower also allowed water to escape, which probably is why the carpet near the bathroom smelled terrible. Also, there was mold around the door and outside the hallway. "
