For the wedding we stayed at our very first B&B. Howarth House Bed and Breakfast in Fitchburg, Mass. It is a beautiful house built in 1910. The current owners, Sarah and Ryan purchased the house in 2020. The owners were friendly, kind, accommodating and Ryan can sure cook a great breakfast. Sarah presented us with a departing gift of her homemade Blueberry and white chocolate scones. Delicious! The room was comfortable, the location quiet and we will definitely be back. The view from the deck was amazing. It overlooked a lake and Mount Monadanock. Our room was spacious and clean. The hosts were lovely people. They had a refrigerator stocked with wine and beer and they put out cookies in the afternoon. Breakfast was delicious and on the morning we had to leave before breakfast, they packed some bread and fruit for us.

We had an amazing stay!! We experienced very friendly and accommodating interactions with all staff and the room and hotel overall were tremendously clean and comfortable.

Amazing hotel;especially for the price. Upon pulling up to The Godfrey we were met by the parking valet and doorman who helped us with our luggage. They were friendly and helpful with the Porter explaining if we needed any help with advice, etc he was available. The Valet advised us of the parking procedure and the cost (we knew it was an expensive $60/day but were not going traipse around the city looking for parking). Terrific stay. Hotel did an amazing job with keeping the guests safe during COVID. Extremely clean. Knowledgeable about all things COVID related. Very impressed and grateful.

My only complaint would be that the restaurant closed early some nights... I was often rushing back from meetings and hoping to grab a late night bite... but the kitchen staff went home early

The vibe was so hip. The lobby had games, music, seating. Super cool and comfy. Vegan options for breakfast. Fridge in room. Thought of everything.

The stay was excellent! Very clean & the staff was very friendly & helpful. The doorman Rob is goated, he was a really nice dude! Stay here if you are visiting Boston!

Stay was great, room was clean, water Pressure great, bed nice and comfy. Breakfast was filling. Staff was courteous and friendly. Easy on/off highway but very quiet! The only downfall was no room darkening shades.

Room was very nice quiet, perfect for me. Very clean as well. Bed was a little firm for me, but still very nice....the only thing I would suggest is adding a fan in the bath. One for toilet use and foggy mirrors....but great other than that

It was clean and the staff was very accommodating and kind. Although it does appear they could additional staff at times.

A beautiful property and the people who run it fit right in!

what a GREAT find, we absolutely loved our stay here and would like to spend 3-4 days next time. We came in town for the Brimfield Antique and Flea Market Show and found this property. It was amazing - pool, hot tub, health club, Gym, Hand Ball / Racquetball, it really offers so much. Pool tables in the lounge area. The property is rich with history and it is beautiful.

My spouse and I stayed two nights to beat the heat while waiting for A/C to be installed in our home, choosing the Fairfield Inn because it is closest to where we live. What a happy surprise! Our room was spotlessly clean and looked as if it had been recently upgraded. The king bed was very comfortable.
