This is a fully restored early 1900 mansion. It does have the latest creature comfort such as nice bathrooms, internet, fire protection and etc. The bistro has excellent food and atmosphere.

We have stayed here numerous times and it is always a great place to stay in Mt. P. We will be back!

Beautiful, clean property. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was amazing and they kept everything stocked. The hotel was very busy and the staff made sure that everything was clean and nothing ran out. Will definitely be staying here again.

The hotel is very charming and clean. Lowell is a cute tiny and the locals are very nice. Service was great at hotel and nearby restaurant. Only downside of the hotel room was no thermostat to control individual room temp so it was a little chilly but not unbearable.

This hotel is exceptionally clean, well kept up and has everything you would need. Our room was spotless, we had an extra blanket in the closet if we needed it, plenty of towels, plenty of pillows, and did I mention how clean it was? Water pressure in the shower was good, bathroom was spotless and the provided toiletries were high quality. Front desk staff was welcoming and very quick to get us checked in/out. Literally the only complaint I have is the parking situation. If you get there...

From phone call to checkin to room arrival to restaurant, everything was excellent. I loved the jacuzzi room facing the beautiful pond and river. The room was so clean and had everything I needed: coffee, frig, closet, shower gel, etc. Very clean and taken care of. You can tell this hotel is well managed. great restaurant/bar wth live music on fri night.

This was our 2nd time to Bay Pointe. They make us feel at home. It was a pleasure to encouter Mary Ellen at the front desk. She has a great smile!

Staff were very friendly and helpful, the breakfast was fantastic home-made food and tables decorated beautifully. Overall we were very satisfied and loved out stay there.

I had stayed here previously and absolutely loved the Jacuzzi..I was so sad to see it had been removed :( but my stay was great!! All of the staff were very friendly! Hotel was SUPER CLEAN!

We stayed at Springhill in order to enjoy a day of shopping in Grandville. I am a frequent traveler and extremely picky. I was pleasantly surprised at just how nice the room was. Loved the bathroom setup and the spaciousness of a walk-in closet for storing everything. I would not hesitate to stay at this hotel again!

It was great! Was able to use my debit card which must hotels don’t allow and I do not have a credit card. The only negative was the drinks were a little more than I’d like to pay.
