"Weekend get away to see a Broadway Show and visit friends. The view of Central Park is absolutely spectacular. The staff is also excellent. Universally warm, welcoming people; from the door staff, desk, restaurant, etc. Clearly management attends to the culture of the staff. The room finishes are aging, and the air conditioning did not function effectively. Fortunately by closing the shades and using a fan, the room temperature was fine. "Stayed here with my 2 daughters and we loved it. Very quite clean yet fancy place. And the minute you step out the hotel the action (timesquare) is right there. Perfect for vacation. Rooms were spacious, beds were comfy. "
