"So when we say this room is basic, we mean basic. Check in was okay, altgough they bury the lead about the $100 refundable deposit on the site (looking at you, Hotels.com). Air conditioner was amazing and kept us pleasantly refrigerated. The area is a little sketchy. We had a lovely view of the dilapidated house next door, the pool was devoid of water but filled with hotel furniture. Our mattress was overly firm, not enough pillows or towels. Not a bad stay, given we were doing other things this weekend, but definitely not a leisurely stay. "

"Alec checked us in and was very friendly and helpful. Rooms, properties, and amenities were clean and well kept. They even had a basketball for us to borrow for their basketball court. Rooms were very clean and location seemed quiet despite being next to a construction site and near downtown. Great location, walking distance to many things downtown. "

"The first room they gave me reeked of pot! Didn't the maids who cleaned the room notice that, after the pot heads had left, and take the room out of the rotation? They did give me a second room. Shower adjustment knob came off in my hands. Sink stopper not even connected, so couldn't pool water in the sink. Overall, room was acceptable for my needs and desire to not spend too much."

"They sell pool seats to day trippers on ResortPass out from under their guests, so you, the hotel guest, have nowhere to sit on the pool deck. I’ve stayed here 5-6 times in the past, and this is my last. Also, room shower only offered scorching or cold water - no warm."

"Wonderful hotel close to downtown. Perfect for one night for a concert. Only thing that could’ve been better for me was the air conditioning in the room. Temperature varied significantly throughout the night making it difficult to get comfortable. Otherwise it was a great experience. "

"They did not have the double beds we requested so we ended up in a suite King. While the suite space was nice it was very dated. Curtains torn, back of the couch peeling ect….We stayed from Thursday to Sunday and only had house keeping clean the room once. They did not replace the coffee or even empty all the garbages. Basically they made the bed and emptied the main garbage. Great location but the hotel is not worth the cost. "
